“Your angels are guiding you to be particularly open and honest with yourself. It’s crucial to be true to yourself in all your actions and activities.”
Your Angel’s Message:
The angels are asking you now to release anything that’s not authentic and that doesn’t mirror your highest and more Divine intentions for yourself. You’re also reminded to release anything that doesn’t work for you anymore. God and the angels will take care of it.
Divine light enters your life when you open your heart and release all unhealthy situations. When you surrender your troubles, Divine light can freely enter. Replace all that is negative with complete truth and integrity. Your life will change for the better. No matter your issue, be it your job, your relationships, health issues or anything else, it will heal rapidly and in the most beautiful of ways. Angels will guide you to your destination. Worries are to be replaced by complete serenity.
What You Should Do:
Be honest with yourself now. You need to be truthful with yourself before you can be this way with others. Be the best version of you that you can be. When you do this, the angels will guide you towards something that will either heal your situation completely or that will replace it entirely. When you’re true to yourself you can expect miracles!
Your Affirmation:
“I am honest and true to myself. I am one with the Divine and accept with grace the miracles that are coming into my life.”

Every relationship you forge has the potential to teach you about yourself and your deeply held views. In fact, there’s no better laboratory for self-study than through relationships. Relationships are such a large part of who we are that their dynamics manifest themselves throughout our being. The three major energy centers in the body are the second chakra (control), third chakra (self-esteem) and fourth chakra (emotional power).
Relationships can introduce you to the parts of yourself that might otherwise remain hidden. As a result, relationships can be quite painful; learning about ourselves and facing our own limitations are not things we tend to do with enthusiasm.
We do not meet and become involved with people as the result of some random process. Each of us generates patterns of energy that attract particular people into our lives. Try to view your relationships as “spiritual messengers” bringing to you revelations about your strengths and weaknesses, and providing valuable lessons on your path to consciousness.
Your challenge is to form and maintain relationships that support your development, to rescript unhealthy relationships, and to release those that limit growth. This is not about judging others; it’s about honoring the lessons that relationships can teach you–having the courage to respond clearly to their lessons.

My sister, Ginger, a psychologist shared in this piece by editing it from her personal experience counseling veterans.
I have rewritten it and want to share it with you today. She also recommended the book at the bottom. I have ordered it myself from Amazon.
If you want to share your reaction to the book or post , feel free to share on this blog.

Red White and Blue
.
Relativity
Every body continues at rest or in motion in a straight line unless compelled to change by forces impressed upon it.
My path to mathematician, scientist, loner, was acted upon by Albert Einstein.
I became swept up in his direction and velocity. His force became my own. I allowed him to trim away all the parts that did not fit his mold.
Finally, I exerted a force equal in magnitude to his. I took back the space that belonged to me.

Hunting
Last night
Media came to visit
intimately.
It tweeted of Robin Williams’ suicide.
Don showed me three of his “Mork and Mindy” TV Shows
while we wondered at his choice of costume, rigid body, alien gestures and definition of money:
“Money goes to the bank and meets other money:then together, they make more.”
I thought how light, lean and hopeful he looked. His ‘improv’ played my heart strings.
I remembered the “World According to Garp”, about a family’s devotion to each other.
And all the Disney characters who brought heroism, larger than life, to my cartooning students.
Some of their animated gestures were taken from Robin’s mimes.
Then one day, he got serious.
About comedy.
About entertainment.
About money.
About family.
It was overwhelming.
He took his breath
and
set it free
in the spirit world.
The audience is quiet.
The curtain fell.
Now he is with us in NY
All the way from CA
We breathe for him.
Holding light, lean and hopeful
Just short of overwhelmed.
Creative
Eternally.
