Four Poems on the Night

I

was madly

singing in the

mountains when the lights

appeared and danced like doves.

It

was a

hymn to the

sun; reflecting in the

vapors, makers of grandeur’s sons.

Light

came first;

and then creation

clapped its rhythmic hands:

ta-da     da-da-da .

“Dance

first. Think

later. It’s the

natural order” Samuel Beckett

Night, lights, hymn, rhythm, dance!
